BNI – you are doing fantastic – and Atomic will be able to advise you further – my 2 cents worth are and again confirm with Atomic she’s the expert!
The prenatal will be fine, even with magnesium and calcium – you might have seen it is recommended to have several serves of full fat dairy every day – as it is great for fertility so I wouldn’t shy away from the prenatal based on that fact alone.
If your prenatal has DHA then you can drop the extra dha maybe?
The prenatal would also have folic acid – so you wouldn’t need the additional one (unless the one you have is the methyl folate??)
For the wheatgrass – if you don’t mind the taste, then I think it is fine, truly – again like with everything else double check with Atomic!
Double check that your hubs’ multi doesn’t already have fish oil cq10 vit D etc as it might be too much otherwise – not sure about the L-arginine, L-cartinine etc – def a no no for you, but some may be good for him so wait for her green light on that?!
Regarding your weight gain, it’s a good sign in a way, shows that it has had an impact on your condition already – like it’s been said before it’s not about exploding the calorie meter, but ensuring you get loads of nutrients – so ensure you get lots of high nutrient foods, not necessarily super high calorie – the idea is to keep that blood sugar level stable – you say you do a smoothie, do you eat other things? Liquid calories are not the most efficient way to get your intake – so maybe look at how you spread your intake throughout the day (if you have foods to chew, your brain has more time to process the info, and digesting them will be a more steady affair).
You already are exercising well, your weight gain may well just be some muscle gain![]()

EPL – just a question if you don’t mind my asking – genuinely curious: since you already had both genders before swaying – what made you want to sway? Have a balanced number of each gender? Or are girls truly more difficult and you preferred sons? Lol

Hi ladies, I am new when it comes to the use of opk's. So I used one today and saw a very faint line. What does that mean? Negative?

Negative but it should turn positive very soon (unless its faint because you just missed your surge). Basically there's a small amount of LH but not enough to be positive. It has to be equal or darker than the test line to be positive. I get a faint line the day before positive, then i get a positive for 2 days in a row, and then sometimes I get a faint line the day following.

DH took coq10 for our 1st sway plus an occasional mens one a day, for the next 2 he didnt take anything
Sway 1
Sway 2
Sway 3 was an unintentional oopsie during a healthy phase of mine where I switched back to my blue sway eating of no bread, plenty of nuts cheese, meat fruit and veg, and taking fish oil and occasional wheatgrass. I find when I'm swaying blue I just feel so much more enthusiastic? about lifeSo if all of a sudden you feel yourself strutting down the road then you know things are working lol

Yes I believe I read atomic said that before. I guess sometimes they don't quite pick it up. This happened to me one time I think because it always goes in the exact pattern I described except this one specific time I had a faint line for 3 days but it never did quite read positive.
Also I think some people may get faint lines for multiple days that gradually get darker until 3-4 days in and then read positive.. I've never had that though.
Good luck, meoab!!Happily MarriedSince 2012

Back again
My Dh had always joked that I can have as many children as i wanted as long as I kept the boys ahead of the girls, so the pressure was on from the beginning to keep it balanced or leaning one wayThe order is
Swaybabies
So we kind of kept it balance for the first 6 then the next 2 were both girls, at this point the silly gender comments from the world were starting to grate on both of our nerves so after stumbling across swaying on a gender guessing site I started to look into it
So unfortunately I can tell you that even when you add your blues to your line up the world will still! not be happy as they only shut up at balanced!
I have always been a very tomboyish person so had never seen myself as a girl mum, I still as a mum of 5 ladies cannot do a french plait! and have to admit to finding the boys easier. I think this is because in a small way I think the boys success in life leans more on DH and the girls on me, what if I fail the girls, what if they don't do well or arent happy or god forbid become the village mattress, then I have failed. Boys don't seem to have as much pressure in my house? I know this is different everywhere so I am just talking about here, but in work they will work with their dad, in life they are free to be more roamers maybe? so less opportunity for me to have failed, does that make sense? The responsibility of daughters I find scarier. So the more brothers thay have scaring the hell! out of every possible danger around them the betterI fear the world for the girls? which is a very strange thing to say but I have to keep them safe. Never really tried to put it into words before so I hope this doesnt read slightly crazy
