Thanks so much everyone!
Atomic would it be wise then for me to purchase the personalized plan now? Or wait closer to when I want to sway. If I purchased now it would be to gradually lose weight and slowly get accustomed to pcos swaying diet by going on HT diet.
in regards to me weight.... I normally am comfortable at 135-140. I am currently 3 months pp and I am 180. Extremely uncomfortable. So I do want to lose weight before I go back to work next march (so i can fit in to my work clothes again lol). I plan to then sway march - september and then TTC that september and on. So will I lose weight on HT diet?
I should also include that with my failed sway I was only on it for 9 weeks and mostly ate sandwiches and then potatoes and rice.

It's entirely up to you, whatever will give you the most peace of mind.
Most people will lose weight on HT PCOS Diet and if you don't, it's ~likely~ that your body is just not ready to let go of it yet. I personally have a tough time losing weight before 6 months PP at which point it just falls off.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
