I'm working out! An hour on the bike every other day and jogging about 5 mikes on then non-biking days. It takes monumental effort to do it, but I get up and go straight to working out. It helps that I don't have morning sickness at all.

Sooo you have 5 kiddos and are pregnant and have only had ms twice?! That's awesome!! Was the other time with your girl? I'm not trying to symptom check just simply curious [emoji12]

I dont think i will find out kat. Dealing with a unexpected 4th child is stressful enough. But i know it will be my 4th girl. I did all things wrong. Poor diet, stress, lack of sleep and worse off all one attempt in like a year ! That sounds pretty much like a girl sway to me.

I'm so so sorry Blue!! I really hope this is your surprise boy. I looked back at your last sway and it was really good and you got girl, so maybe doing the exact opposite with get you a boy. Is your husband/girls excited?

That is impressive srg!! I'm aiming for 3/4 days a week. I was hard cardio and weights before my sway but dropped my 6 mile runs to 3/4 so I'll just try to stay status quo. Lots of the weight classes I go to have some cardio though. I'm going to try to tone it down a little until I see this baby though! Still a tad nervous about a chemical - just feel like it's too good to be true. But, not so nervous that I'm meeting a friend to buy her maternity clothes on Friday 🤣 I sold all mine when my 2nd was 2 months old thinking we were done - ugh!!

I agree blue maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised this time. Did you find out gender with your others? Are you just not finding it this time because your scared? Trust me I get that I have 4 boys lol but I always get myself so hyped up that it could be a girl there's no way I could wait until delivery

Haha kat! I sold all my maternity also as soon as I was out of them! I have a lot of lularoe to get me through lol! I also sold all my boy clothes up to 6/9montha and my baby swing [emoji31] but maybe I'll be able to get rid of the rest of my boy things in a month

Actually, it was with my girl but I'm trying not to read too much into that. I'm convincing myself boy so I won't be upset when there's another dinky winky upon delivery

Husband is very supportive he is the one who has kept me calmed down thus far. I havent told the girls yet. Have an appointment end of this month.
