I've read the same thing about sperm, which is why they should start taking Menevit/vitamins 2-3 months beforehand.

AFM - I have so many signs....temp isn't super high, but I think it will be up tomorrow! FX
Nausea, dizzy, tired, headache, slight sore throat, sneezing, slightly stuffy....OR maybe I'm getting sick. The nausea feeling just feels like pregnancy nausea though. I'm super early at 6dpo though, so way too early. No tests in the house, but I've been doing OPKs. They're slightly darker each day, but not much. Would they only get darker if pregant?

Upon getting my BFP, I take Centrum Specialist Prenatal. It has the multivitamin and DHA separately.

Sorry mommy2 but it seems like your ok with it. I'd say it'll def. give you peace of mind next cycle being on the diet for so long! I only made it 7 weeks ☹️ but did just have an iud removed so I'm hoping that plays in my favor
