    Hcg Level after MC

    Hi,
    I sway for a girl.
Last month I've miscarried at 6 weeks (17th May) After two weeks I get first AF.
I took OPK test last night and was positive, I also took pregnancy test also positive so I think I have still some Hcg in the blood.

Does it have any influence on ovulation?
    Here is my chart:

Is it possible that I Oed on 7 day of my cycle? Normally My cycle is 31-33 days long with Ov on 17-19

Hiya no real advice but I've recently had a miscarriage at 7 ish weeks! So sending hugs!
Haven't had my period return yet! I'm desperate for it to come back though so I know things are back to normal and I can start tracking!
Did you sway before you became pregnant with the baby you lost? X

If you still have HCG in the blood enough to register on a pregnancy test then you won't ovulate. (this can also make an OPK positive as well)

It's slightly unusual for there to be that much HCG left especially after having had an AF. Is there any way you could still be pregnant? How was the miscarriage diagnosed?

It was diagnosed by my gynecologist (ultrasound). She also made Hcg blood test etc. We BD once straight after mc before this AF.

Hi Lovellcute, sorry for your loss too!!
yes I swayed before this mc. I was doing LE diet for about 17 weeks, coffee, some alcohol, fiber and supps for my DH. I had a break for 2 weeks and after that I got back on LE diet.
I'm good right now, but after this positive test I worry that I don't know: "something" left from this pregnancy, or am I pregnant again and I drink a lot of coffee and other things to sway!
    I'm very confused!

I think you need to call for an appointment because you could either be pregnant again already (it can happen, not often, but it can, that you'll release egg right after a loss) or there is retained tissue which needs to be addressed. In the meantime, I want you taking your temperature every day and if you spike a temp, even if it's only 99, get thee to the ER immediately. If you feel achy, sore, generally unwell, even without a fever, run, don't walk to the ER.

    Thank you!
I took a pregnancy test today and still positive but darker als this previous one! So I hope it is another pregnancy!
I will make an appointment tomorrow morning for sure!!!
It is really strange, because I had mc on 16 May, bleeding till 22, and BD on 25th.

I've seen it happen a few times (like I can count on one hand) Don't get too excited yet though as it may be retained tissue and not a new pregnancy. Good luck!
