The LE diet, is the low everything diet, which is based on the TW theory of less nutritioned mothers conceived more girls I can vouch for my last 3 girls where I lived off white bread, plain pasta and chocolate, making my blood sugars rise and crash all day, perfect conditions for those tougher girly embryo's

Hope you guys didn't mind me popping in!!!

We're in a village outside of Dorchester so about 30 miles away!

It's nice to have a smog lady near me as quite a few of the ladies have other smogs fairly near them even with DS's in the same school!!

Sorry ELP, I must have seen your rainbow and got you confused with rainbowflower. Honestly my brain is shot think it's the down falls of being a vegetarian lack of iron! lol

That sounds like my kind of diet!! I could hapily live off of toast and chocolate if I was alowed cups of tea too sounds lovely! So did you not change your PH at all?
Or do you naturally have a low PH seeing as you have 3 girls already.

It's lovely to have people popping in especially when they talk of diets involving chocolate!! lol

edit- sorry I'm guessing now that you swayed blue with this bump and you naturally had 3 girls before days of swaying.

I must say I was a little confused as why you'd be swaying for a 4th girl. It's not like you'd need too!

I had my babies in Dorchester hospital (Actually, I had DS2 at home but we ended up in Dorchester hospital anyway!). I'll have the next one in Salisbury as we've moved house since the others - I'm going to miss my private room and will be desperate to get home!

Rainbow - where in Hampshire are you?

Zana - near Southampton. Do you like hospitals then? I wonder if I'd have preferred my stay there had we had the option of a private room.
I'm actually hoping to avoid a hospital birth next time if they let me! (I had BP issues and a bleed so was hospitalised last time, we'd planned a birth centre water birth)

Do I like hospitals?! No! I had DS2 at home and he wasn't breathing when he was born - it was 5 minutes before he gasped for breath and 15 minutes before he was making regular respiritory effort so we were blue lighted to hospital (around 40 minutes having had my placenta pulled out incredibly quickly - that drive was almost more painful than the birth!) and he spent 3 days in SCBU. DH said no more babies if I wanted more home births as it was the scariest day of his life - he followed us to hospital and didn't even know if DS2 was alive. I'm more than happy with this actually and try instead to focus on the positives of being in hospital and still try to make it as natural as I can in that environment and am very clear about what I do and don't want (no drugs except gas and air after that little experience!).

Southampton isn't too far from here either - I was at Ikea with my sister just the other week!

sorry i'm losing the plot it was rainbow that first mentioned the LE diet. I'd love to hear more I think i'd be much better suited to that. What about salt? Can you season food because I love salt!

I had both mine in Dorchester too! Even though when I was pregnant with both my boys we were living in Poole at the time (we used to live in Dorchester before hand). Firstly I planned a homebirth (really didn't like Poole hospital from my visit) but because of my anemia they said I was better of delivering in hospital incase I lost too much blood and needed a blood transfer in labour. I had such a great experience and got a private room each time it's a really lovely hospital!
