Assuming Tuesday is O day, and you got a big spike today, it is unlikely that BDing Tuesday night would have any effect. I.e. the sperm wouldn't have time to capacitate before the egg dies. So I think you will be fine either way. Let us know what happens! I bet you will get your BFP this month.

I'm sorry I am not totally seeing a clearcut question here but will answer the one in the title
If you want best odds of conception, slightly higher chance of blue, e3d
If you want lower odds conception, slighlty higher chance pink, e4d
YOu'll need to start adding attempts within another month or two.
Yes, you can still get pg with cutoff and clomid but not best bet!!! Questions??

Hello,
Girls I need your pink advice.
Now I'm on the 3rd cycle on Clomid (CD3-7). Last two months were unsuccessful, we were doing frequent release with one attempt at positive OPK.
Maybe it would be wise to change our tactic to E4D? What about regular releases then? every 2 days?
Also I have to mention that after taking Clomid my period shorten from 29 to 26 days and I was having cramps from O till AF both months. I don't know maybe it's normal after clomid.
Thanks for advises in advance

Hi! Yes, it's time to change some things here.
I'd have hubby do regular release every 2-4 days and keep one attempt for one month personally before going to e4d but if you're ready to go for it that is fine too! Totally up to you. Either way, the FR has GOT to go now.
I also want you to start e4d AFTER that one attempt if you decide to give one attempt another try this month. So after your one attempt at pos OPK, start counting every 4th day and attempt those days (even if you think you've ovulated.) This covers our bases in case O is delayed.
Are you doing anything else like jellies or antihistamines? Lose them now.
Yes it's totally normal to have different cycle length and also lots of cramps on Clomid.!!! Questions??

Hi!
Thank you Atomic for the answers and suggestions. We will keep one attempt for this month.
Just one more question about positive OPK. I'm using simple Clear Blue OPK. Last two months there were two days in a row with smiles (CD12, CD13), but second day lines were a bit darker. We were BD'ing the nights of first smiley days. Maybe we should switch BD to second smiley day?
We are not doing any jellies or antihistamines. Only wine
Thanks in advance

No, second solid smiley may miss O entirely. We have to give the sperm time to capacitate before egg shows up.
I would have you go to every 4 days instead in case you are Oing sooner or later than OPK is indicating.!!! Questions??

Ok! Thank you Atomic for your time!
We will keep one attemp at first smiley day this month.
If we will need next cycle we'll switch to e4d. Just to be clear: e4d means 3 days between attempt days, e.g. BD on CD6, CD10, CD14, CD18 etc?
