    BD Timing

We will have our first attempt on CD12 (I usually O CD14.) Would it be better for us not to BD at all until then, or is it ok to BD before our attempt and just use protection for that one?

I take it you a swaying girl? My understanding is that it is ok to BD before your one attempt using protection. Think the idea is avoid regular BD though (ie every 2-3 days). This frequency is best for sperm health/fertility and may sway blue.

Yes at least to start out with, that's what we've found most successful - the one unprotected BD.

Now, in addition to that, you can add on something like a 7-10 day abstain for DH OR having him release on his own or with you, with a condom, for 7-10 consecutive days. But these things have not gotten great odds of conception and have not seemed to add anything in our results.
