I'm not so much concerned about not having conceived this month. It would be a bummer, and I would be very confused about the way I have been feeling lately, but it would be much better than having something wrong. I don't think my OB is actually expecting an ectopic pregnancy. She said they are very rare but it's best to get it checked just to be sure when you are experiencing symptoms similar. I didn't realize they were similar, but she said they are. I called their office because the pains on my right side are getting sharper and more painful. I've been running a fever since yesterday and feeling nauseous. I thought maybe I could have an infection because I've been having a lot of problems after they had to remove the mirena. But they seemed to think an infection would have followed more immediately after, and that's why they want to check everything out just to be sure.

I honestly don't even know if I want to do this anymore. It's just so emotionally and physically exhausting. I've never had to worry about infections or ectopic pregnancies before and every day I regret that damn mirena. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I wish I had the money to adopt a little boy. I don't know why it has to be so expensive to take in a child and give them a better life.

Ash: yes, dh doesn't want a baby, so we compromised at trying for 3 cycles, 2 attempts each cycle. I haven't told him I've been testing, or having weird symptoms, or that my ob wants me to come in. I'm afraid if he thinks something is wrong, he will just stop now and I won't have any chance at all for a 3rd child. So I feel very alone in all of this.

I m so sorry ttc. You are not alone. U can always share with us here. I know the what ifs make us go crazy but hang in there. I hope and pray that everything is ok. Try not to stress dear. When r u planning on going to see the OB? Hugs.
