Ttcblue I'd probably test 1pm and 7-8pm maybe? It's hard to say as I'm going with the very general time that a surge is usually picked up which is afternoon and evening. *Some* people though do have a morning surge but I don't believe it's as common. This is one of the reasons I love the dual hormone digis as its testing for two hormones and you use fmu. Plus its easy enough to do a dip test between 1-3pm for extra confirmation, and if your afternoin dip test looks pos you can retest with digi to see if its solid smiley. But anyway I digress as always 😂

As for the bd planning if you think dh can achieve that then I say hell yes!!!!! I like it 😀!!! The biggest thing though is that it feels right for you!

What does creamy/egg white cm mean?

Halley egg white is fertile cm and creamy can be pre fertile or post fertile. If you google cervical mucus/fluid there's quite a few sites that describe different types of cm and some even have pics which is abit gross 😂 but hey better to know than not I say 😀 egg white or ewcm as you'll see it shortened to usually comes in a day to a few days before o occurs and is your most fertile cm. The more ewcm you have the moe hospitable the environment is for sperm which in turns helps sway blue. There are things that can be done to increase cm which I think I remember seeing in that link I posted earlier

Ff is just guessing though ttcblue so don't pay too much mind to it. Just aim for every second or third day until pos opk. Remind me again what opks you're using?

Halley what part are you having issues with? Is it avcessing the link to your chart or posting it in here? I'll come back later and check which it is and this arvy will post some screenshot directions on how to add the link to your tapatalk signature so it shows whenever you post

Ok thank you so much I had a lot of ewcm about three days ago for two days then not much yesterday and now this today. My opk is getting darker. Will do another test tonight at around 6:30pm.

Hally: It's my understanding that calcium itself doesn't sway, but rather a wide variety of nutrients and vitamins that sways blue. What I did is got the app for my fitness pal and I record everything I eat on there. It keeps track of all your nutrition and I try to always get mine all completely off the charts.

Also I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but atomic told me more than 50% of your daily fat intake should come from animal fats (meat, Eggs, milk, cheese..) opposed to vegetable fats And she also said never, ever eat low fat or skim dairy. It sways strongly pink.

I don't have low fat anything. I started having more dairy as of yesterday. It's not something I have a lot of. I got almonds, cashews, pistachio and pumpkin seeds today to help with protein. I can't tolerate a lot of dairy and usually have soy milk.
