Halley most opks you cannot use fmu as some will give a false positive. The only opk that uses fmu is the clearblue dual hormone digi opks. (I ❤'ed them for this very reason! No hold or restricting fluids required &#128521

Halley-I believe the only OPKs to use with FMU is the cb digis dual hormone. You may miss your surge first thing in the morning so early afternoon is best (2pm ish) and again in the evening.

Oh good mommy2apples!! I think I've said I think these might be a good idea for you to try as it tests two hormones... I'd still definately do a 1pm dip test though as you are used to seeing your close but not pos opk that is a pos for you. Just in case....
