Tech said 14 week gender prediction wrong?

Hello all, I posted at 14 weeks a potty shot that was predicted to be boy. Imagine how surprised I was, when, at the anatomy scan at 18 weeks, the tech said 80 percent chance of a girl because she could not see anything between the legs. A few hours later, I went to have an elective scan because I wanted at least 99 percent certainty the gender. The tech there said boy. Do you see a clear penis AND scrotum in these pics? Is this definitly a boy or should I get one more confirmation scan? Thank you so much!

These are all from my 18 week elective scan. I want to be confident in blue, but I'm just not sure.
