Are blueberries good for swaying blue. Fresh or frozen?

Halley I'm not sure 🤔 I don't think there are any magic foods as such but blueberries are super healthy so that in itself is good for blue. I have heard avacado and bananas are good for blue but again maybe because they are full of goodness?

Ok thank you I get there are no magic food. It would be nice though. I don't eat a lot of fruit may need to add a bit more to diet. Had blueberries for the first time in a long time.

Thank you I have started eating bananas in the last few days too. So will definitely add more fruit to diet. I eat a lot of nuts, have egg at least once a day, cereal, chicken or turkey, feel like I am eating all day long. Have now added two bananas a day and will add blueberries as well

ABC - Some great advice! Hope you O soon and your timing works out.
LMSM - That's what I thought too! Yes a bit of brown spotting again....just mixed with CM, so not bad. I think it's from coughing...
Your DH might change his mind once bub is here and when your daughters say they are happy to share?
Netti- Yay! Fingers crossed! So glad DH is on board.
PBN3 - Here it is https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2bbcff
Maxim - So excited for you! Temps are looking fab!
Mummy2boys - Great news about holidays! How long is your break. I'm about to go back to school after a 3 week holidayDrop in temp could be implantation
Lola - So nice of you to keep popping back in! x
TTCblue - Fabulous! So glad all worked out in the end!!!
Halley - If you feel like you're eating all day, maybe make a smoothie? We make them each morning....banana, frozen berries, frozen mango (only 4-6 pieces otherwise it makes it too thick) and some milk. I also add some oats too. Happy to be having these again as I missed out on the LE diet.
AFM - second bloods drawn today, so will get those back tomorrow afternoon. Woke up this morning and had a great sleep....no coughing due to one panadol and no brown CM when I woke to do a test. Then started coughing from 6:30am - 8am when I dragged myself out of bed. Then had some more brown with a BM when I got up (no straining though).....So I think it's the coughing.Mum to three beautiful boys and one gorgeous daughter
