Lavender doesn't sway. If you like the scent though, that's fine but I don't see the point in using it for sway purposes. Ions don't sway either.

im not sure if it sways.. as ksmom said if you enjoy the smell and using lavender products then by all means carry on but if you are finding its becoming an obsessive sway-only thing then id drop it.
    good luck! xx

I don't believe in it at all. The explanation for ions is really really nonsensical and unscientific (and I can go into it if you are interested).

If you like lavender stuff, have at it. But don't count on it to correct issues with your diet, or make up for having too many attempts, or things like that. I used to see that all the time back on InGender "Well, I don't want to diet, so I'm just upping the ions to make up for it!!!"

    Don't do that.

Good to know. I kinda figured it was more of a myth. I like the smell bc it helps me relax so I suppose I will use it but not so much for sway purposes. I worry about my diet and I'm trying to let go a bit. Also I've been drinking 2 cups of coffee but I add coffee mate creamer should I cut the creamer since it ups me on calories? I'm still within the limits but I know it's dairy an to much dairy can sway boy or so I've read.

Coffee mate creamer is not dairy and unless you're guzzling it by the gallon, as long as you're in limits that is all that matters.

We have not found CM consistency to be reliable in terms of judging the outcomes of sways. We have tons of pH opposites going every possible way (girl to boy, boy to girl, success that was supposed to be opposites, and vice versa) that I have completely given up on it as being in any way predictive of anything.

That having been said I figure any time we see changes, it's a good thing.

O pains are super common, please don't worry about them. Again, something we do have reported as changing on diet so that may be a good thing too.
