Any Diet Details?

I was RELIGIOUS about skipping breakfast and not snacking. However, I'm the heaviest I've been which makes me nervous. I lost about 10 pounds prior to TTC. I did use a lot of aspartame and cut out snacking.

We were going for one attempt, but I had two positives at diff times in my cycle for O dates, thinking I didn't actually O that first time - however, I'm hopeful there were a couple of girl spermies hanging out from first BD to catch that egg.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

No breakfast, no snacking, DHs supplements, carefully timed BD very little CM at O time. Also this pregnancy already feels different (I'm only 5 weeks in), no MS like I had with my son and second pregnancy, cravings have started and all I want is ice cream which is total opposite.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I really didn't think we would conceived month one, that makes me v nervous - I have always been very fertile. Would have loved to lose quite a bit more weight. Was under more stress than I wanted during TTC but definitely not Martha stress, other things. I also just don't feel like it's possible for this dream to come true. Not being negative, just seems impossible to me

Things worth mentioning:

If I had to grade my sway I would give it a solid B. In a perfect world I would have been able to spend a solid 6 months doing it, but I just turned 40 and time is of the essence.

Tomorrow is my testing that will reveal gender in the next 7-10 days. Since I've last posted here, I have had a very rough time.

Despite having no MS at the beginning, it quickly morphed into severe MS that I am now medicated for, and almost hospitalized me. I've been so, sick, limp hair, bad skin, no appetite, lost weight. It's been rough and so different from my first pregnancy. My husband and son are convinced it's a girl and my husband called boy last time. I really can't tell one way or another, and at this point I'm so sick I'm just looking forward to 40 weeks, lol! Will report back with my gender results in a week, at this point just hoping for a healthy bean since I've been so very unwell.

While I do hope you are having a girl, symptoms do not predict gender so please don't get your hopes high on the basis of having the severe morning sickness because it just isn't true that morning sickness = girl.
