I'm eating abit of meat, for example my partner cooked a big pork roast dinner
Had loads of veg and the potatoes and one slice of the pork (would have usually eaten sooooooo much meat)
And if he cooks a spaghetti bolognese
I will have one large spoon full of the meat etc
When before I would have literally had an absolute mountain!
I'm still under limits as if I know I'm having a meal with meat in I will have low protein stuff the rest of the day to compensate
One thing atomic wrote once struck such a cord with me
Your body doesn't know what you're eating, it can't tell if you've just eaten chocolate it just knows the fats, protein, nutrients etc
So I really stick to the whole no magic foods (as I wouldn't survive without potatoes and tomatoes on this diet)
And that keeps me calm and less anxious!
If being a vegetarian automatically meant you'd have a girl then it would be far more obvious in today's society x

Anyone get a girl and didn't go vegetarian?

I just stuck to the limits. I ate vegetarian mostly, but if I couldn't avoid eating meat I would. For my sway that resulted in my DS3, I was lax about the limits. This time, I stuck to them all of the time. I believe staying in the limits are what is the most important and one attempt (via pos opk or E4D).

    🤞🏻and GL to you!!

Same with my sway opposite, I didn't watch limits just went mostly vegetarian, and lost heaps of weight by starving myself.
This time I'm tracking my limits and I can see my dairy consumption last time would have put my protein way over every day! This time I am vegan so no dairy or meat just occasional fish and hoping it makes the difference.

I don't think I go way over the limits but I'm worried because some days I go over on protein and other days fat. Half/most of the time I believe I'm within the limits. [emoji51]

Hi! I just wanted to chime in & say that I've been a vegetarian since I was 13 and have 2 boys-got pregnant on first try for both! I have another vegetarian friend with 2 boys! I'm wondering if we were just healthy eaters in good health with other "boy friendly" life style factors. It's definitely not the magic answer for a girl, but most likely helpful with a combination of factors/changes. I see you have a girl, were you swaying then? Sounds like you're doing a great job & hope you get another girl! [emoji175]

I ate like regular, just almost zero dairy. I have other food limitations that wouldn't tolerate me being vegetarian.

I focused on one attempt instead.

I wasn't purposely swaying but I was on Weight Watchers for 6 weeks before getting pregnant. I wanted to lose weight before I got pregnant. I was also doing Zumba 4-5 times a week. Then with the boys I was eating normally for me which was high fat and protein, etc. no exercise. One attempt for all three kids lol

I seem to hover around 60g of protein. I'm trying to get down to 50g more consistently. Is 60g super terrible? I'm tall if that counts for anything... I think I need to tighten on the limits since I was losing weight but I haven't in the last couple weeks.
