    Help! Period won't stop?!

Hi! So I'm waiting for my personalized plan but I decided to stop Vitex this month and started Saw Palmetto when AF showed up. Well I'm on day 6 and AF is still here! AF usually lasts 3-4 days. Did the SP screw it up?! I know it can technically thin the blood...help!

('17) lost our precious girl at 17 weeks, cord around neck x3. My prayers were answered and then taken away.
('17) lost our fourth son at 17 weeks, +lupus anticoagulant. (found out it was positive after our DD too and they missed it)
('18) lost at 13 weeks. Told girl, turned out to be boy triploidy.

It's probably the SP but also may be cranberry or aspirin, are you taking either of them?? If so wean off because they're too strong and are thinning your blood too much. Don't just drop cold turkey, wean off.

Plan will be coming your way soon.

That's the thing, I'm not taking cranberry or aspirin. A little cranberry and vodka but no other cranberry. I will wean the SP since it's the only thing I added.

Alcohol can thin the blood too. SP hasn't worked well anyway, just come off of it.

Nebe I was just going back over your questionnaire and some of your medications are also blood thinners. I'd like you to completely come off that SP because it's too much of a good thing.

Wow good to know! So can I go from 320mg to none without weaning?

Yes SP can be just dropped - normally I'd have you wean off (due to the blood thinning elements) but since some of your medications are already doing the same thing, just drop it.
