BRITS - cost of pre-testing with Dr Lower

Hi,
Hoping to go to HRC in March, so figured pretesting would be Dec/Jan time, does that sound right?
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me roughly how much pretesting costs with Dr Lower in London please..
I don't want to lock in dates with Lori unless I know I can afford/save for each bill as it comes in and I'll want to set up a savings plan/figure out a good credit card deal beforehand
Oh and while I'm asking questions... where did you order medication if in the UK?
