hi all,myself and oh have decided on next sept to ttc pink when ds2 will be 2,i just wondered if we could make any changes this far ahead in order to help sway along???

you have plenty of time to plan things to perfection, though
if you have weight to lose try not to lose too much in advance, you need to have enough left to keep losing whilst TTC and in the couple of months before

One very important thing you could start doing now is charting your cycles. If you aren't already doing it, go to fertilityfriend.com and get started. Chart your BBT, CM and cervix position. Then when you are ready for your attempt you will have an awesome grasp on your body and your cycle. That will make a lot of the swaying process so much easier. Good luck to you!

Yep, great advice. learn your ov signals, when your cm changes compared to your +opk's! This to me was important as it showed I ov'ed fast
Plus read and re-read everything, find your own opinion on the calcium aspect, and watch the results come in from current swayers, best of luck

thanks for the great advice,will make a start,i am on mini pill at the mo so will come off that as it may take some time to come out of my system.
