Both probably sway blue, the issue is that the garlic can kill off the probiotics too so you may want to take the probiotics daily and then the garlic only 2-3 times per week. You want to give the good guys a leg up without killing everything!

Also, garlic is a really strong blood thinner so if you are taking fish oil or DHA already that is even more reason to go very light or even not at all on the garlic - maybe see how the probiotics work on their own first

Ok I try the probiotics and see if it will help. Went to Dr yesterday and have a yeast infection. Here is the probiotics

It has vegetable and soy in it though? Not sure if I should get another brand?

Is cm ph more important then diet to sway blue? I recently was testing cm around fertile time (opk confirmed and visible egg white... sorry tmi) and still 4.5. That is probably why I got an infection( seems to always recur when I check my cervix position and cm.) Should I just focus on my diet and not worry about my cm ph? Thanks for any advice you can give me.

The tiny amounts of that stuff are used to formulate the pills and cannot sway.

Diet I believe to be way, way, way more effective than pH. I really have a very hard time believing in pH at all any more since I've seen so many pH opposites including my own, I got a boy with pH of 4.5 to 5 range that I was testing 2-3 times a day for months and it did not go up till after I was already pregnant. I suspect very much that it's truly impossible to accurately test and know what your pH was with those strips since the vagina is always meant to be pH of 4ish and we don't know what is going on up inside our cervix anyway.

PLEASE no more checking your cervix and pH. I agree that was very likely why you got the YI.

i have the science against pH here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ph-pickle.html

What is your thoughts on preseed? I keep going back and forth on whether to use it or not. I am planning on using the babydust method for boy along with my diet and advice you gave me. She suggested not to use preseed or even condoms, etc since it might interfere with your sway. However i don't think my ecwm has changed much if at all. Tmi when I wiped I use some of the excess cm to test and it was in between 5 and 5.5. I have been drinking grapefruit juice and taking mucinex but I haven't notice a significant amount of cm. Not sure what I shoujld do.

Well, if you're not around O your pH may be low like that, it's normal. And it's also normal for the CM that comes out, to be much lower in pH than the stuff around your cervix since it's passed through the low pH vagina.

I believe Preseed helps or I wouldn't recommend it. Now, personally I got 4 boys and never touched the stuff but we do find that some girl moms do seem to have less EWCM than the boy moms. Totally up to you.

I prefer blue swayers don't use condoms either but for those who believe in timing, it's kind of a necessity.

How much full fat milk should i consume daily for boy sway? I put a little milk in my raisin bran at breakfast and have a cheese stick for snack. Some of my meals have cheese like tacos and chili. Also I take prenatal vitamins that have vitamin D 600iu and calcium 300mg. Is 2 percent milk ok? My girls drink 2percent milk and I usually buy a small of full fast. Or should I stay with full fat? And how much?

I prefer you guys do full fat but I got boys on 2% so I know it's possible.

I would drink the amount YOU like. That sounds fine. It is hard enough being on HE Diet without having to stuff yourself with yet another food! If you can get a full cup into the cereal, great.

Ok I think I have a short luteal defect. This is my second cycle trying but third cycle off birth control. Each month I have breakthrough bleeding around 7 to 9dpo and get period around 10 or 11dpo. I heard b6 can lengthen your luteal phase. Or flaxseed oil (only take ov to af)? Is this true? How much would I take and when do i start taking it? Or any suggestions on how to lengthen it? I saw ferticia ultragreens can lengthen it too but it has spirulina, algae and alfalfa and I think you said that might sway pink. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No flaxseed, I think it sways pink and have seen tons of blue sway opposites in people using it. Plus, it messes up cycles and may not be safe.

Stay away from the ultragreens, that has all the same probs. as the flaxseed and then some!

What are you taking for your prenatal/multivitamin? What other supplements are you on??

I am not a huge fan of B6. I feel like 99% of the people who take it, it does nothing for, and about 75% of them end up also getting their ovulation delayed in addition to the B6 doing nothing to help their LP!!

Sometimes coming off the BCP that can happen for a few months. It will work itself out over time if you keep eating a decent amount of saturated animal fats like meat, dairy, eggs, butter.
