Oh no Ash! That's the worst! Rest and let them destroy the house, or stop them but make the pain worse. Can you head outside and watch them play while you rest? I know what you mean about the heat, you're right. When I sprained my ankle the dr told me that heat helps the pain, but won't allow it to heal. Maybe some arnica cream?

Yes arnica works quite i actually have the arnica massage oil as well.
Use whatever feels better Ash heat or ice. Sleeping on a firmer mattress also helps

Ash I have also had bulging discs and it took a good six weeks to heal properly once when I had two. What can the chiro do to help? I've only ever successfully treated it with anti inflammatories [emoji53]

I wouldn't worry too much. I lost 13lbs up to 13 weeks this pregnancy. My baby girl is perfectly healthy [emoji4][emoji178]!
