Ok ladies. I think several of you experienced this early in your pregnancy, but tell me about lightening boob.

I'm getting a sharp sensation from time to time on my left boob. Both nipples are wickedly tender! I'm thinking this has been delayed for me, because I was still breastfeeding my DS3 up until I was 18-19 weeks pregnant. I had to switch to my wireless nursing bras because the sensations are so strong [emoji30]!

How long did you have it? Did it ever happen in just one boob? What, if anything, helped?

    Thanks!!

I should mention it's side and underneath portion of my breast. I bet it's just the colostrum and my ribs putting pressure underneath my boobs. Ugh!

Lola it was a heat index of 100 here Sunday and we were outside all day [emoji28].
Pbn can't wait to see you 20w pix and if you get an accidental potty [emoji6] for my gender scan with ds3 she put the wand on my belly and there was all boy sticking right out to see [emoji23] there would have been no hiding it! So happy your feeling movement now! Isn't it amazing! I'm excited for my boys to be able to feel it soon also.
Max dh will deal lol there is other ways [emoji6]
Mommy I dress mine alike also [emoji4] they love it for now! And it's soooo cute!
LMSM maybe he is just so used to hearing girl he thinks this is one also. Hope he is wrong. Can't wait to hear what your having!
8th grade and pre k [emoji20] that's so sad mommy my ds3 whom I'm most attached to because he has speech issues and has had a seizure before and has a cyst on his head (surgery to come in next few months) will be starting pre k after Labor Day! I'm
Going to bawl like a baby!
Afm weight must have been from the heat or being backed up or something because I'm back down to just gaining 1lb now? Weird but I'll take it since that's what is the "norm" for 20 weeks on. And I'm getting super excited for my 20w scan coming up on Saturday! Excited to see a chubby baby and some very noticeable girl parts!

It is too cute ash! lol that's how Braxton was too! There was no denying he was a boy!!
Aww ash! It's rough when they grow up. Kolton breaks my heart more than any of them when he cries. He's always been the most sensitive! Hope he will be okay when I drop him at preschool in a few minutes!!
Glad your weight dropped! Definitely probably just water weight from the heat!

Awww mommy, they are soooo cute! Can't believe how fast time is going....8th grader?! Mine are going into K and 2nd and I can't help but be sad about it!

XX, wow never had that before, but it sounds awful!! Ouch!

I don't want to put the cart before the horse here, especially with my hematoma, but when the time is right, I need to ask for breastfeeding advice. With DD1, she was an awful nurser, had terrible colic, and the whole ordeal was just traumatic to me. I ended up exclusively pumping for 12 months and hated every minute. With DD2, she was a great nurser, but I think I had some kind of ppd and was very overwhelmed with having a 19 month old and a newborn. I nursed her for 6 weeks before my husband begged me to give her formula so he could help out - so I ended up pumping and formula feeding. This time around, I'm set on making it work! The girls are older, I'll have more time, and I want to give it my best shot. My sister breastfed all her 4 kids for one year each, would love to do the same if I could figure it out!

Ash, I've already gained 5 pounds in two WEEKS! I'm typically 110ish and I'm up to 115.2 yesterday at the doctor. I swear my boobs are at least 2 of those pounds, but at this rate I'm going to be huge quickly. This bed rest is not helping...

Lol max I was huge and swollen on bed rest but it was the last weeks I was on it. I breastfed all my babies ds4 the longest with him being almost 2 [emoji38]. Ds3 came so early I had to pump and he was fed through a nose tube and then they made me feed him a bottle and he had to drink so much before we could be discharged it was a nightmare for someone determined to nurse. Once we got home I used a nipple shield to kind of imitate a bottle nipple and I eventually got him exclusively back to breast on my own. I was super emotional but I highly recommend getting with a laceration consultant. I'm lucky enough to have an amazing one at my hospital but I know you can hire them and they'll come to your house and taken your call anytime you need help. I highly believe in breastfeeding I know it's not for everyone but it is for me I whip that thing out wherever I am lol I stay modest of course but it's just the best most accomplished feeling once you get past the two months of painful nipples and frustration.

Thanks, Ash! I also used the shield with DD1 but she would never transition back after it. I'm so determined this time!! The hospital where I'm delivering has a great lactation consultant, but I do think I'll hire someone if I can't get it right there - thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks max! It's sad! Time flies way too fast!
Ash Kolton bawled his eyes out. [emoji24]feel like the worse mommy ever leaving him there! Only two hours 4 days a week. Then braxt had tears ********* down his face, because kolt was crying!
