Hi all.
What fibre is recommended for TTC girl? I am based in Australia.
Is metamucil ok? Or something similar?
Also, I regularly take probiotics. I read somewhere that this isn't good for swaying pink.
Is that correct?

Thirdtimelucky metamucil is really gross! There's a product called Benefibre that is tasteless and dissolves really well. You can get it from Woolies and maybe even Coles?

Ahhh yes, I've had that before - thanks Pbn3!
So that's a good one to take?
I saw chitosan is recommended (I think?) but Benefibre is much easier to get a hold of!
Thank you! xMama to 2 beautiful boys

Yes probiotics are a suggested blue sway tactic so best to avoid.

If you need probiotics for your health, continue. They did seem to sway blue, though.
Any fiber you like and can easily get hold of is fine, they all work.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
