No need to reply just posting some updates so I can keep all my info together.

Tried BSF today and my CM is almost a 9.

Don't really like the feel of the BS, it dried me up a bit.
Will try BS douche next time I think.

Going to start having BS baths.
Also started drinking lemon water today.

pH of 6 not at ovulation (it should rise further at O) with DH pH of 8-8.5 is brilliant and I wouldn't change a thing. You do not need semen pH any higher than that.

I really think I need to work on DH's diet.
I was just reading that skipping meals is not good and can lower testosterone levels.
    A typical day for DH
    6am - Breakfast - 3 coffees
10am - A pie or sausage roll at work, or maccas or other take away food
    6pm - dinner
    After dinner a few beers.

I'm working on eating more meat for both us, is mince considered meat or does it have to be steak?

He has started taking the L-arg now just gotta get him to start on the zinc.
Mince is fine (if mince means ground beef??) sorry I'm dumb.

I answered on your other thread but I think improving your DH's diet will only help. Even if he were to have a salad with a burger or chicken sandwich at McDonalds and lay off the coffee/beer a bit, that will be a step in the right direction.

In case you don't see this on your other thread, he MUST stop smoking or cut back if possible.

l-arg and zinc but don't overdo the zinc, 25 is plenty and 50 may be too much.

I wish it could all be in agreement but we are all just following the evidence in the directions it takes us.

Please ASK about anythign that doesn't make sense and I or someone else will explain. I LOVE questions. promise the evidence on this site does hang together in a logical and sensible way that is 100% supported by science and common sense, the problem is that some other sites are trying to include theories that have been utterly debunked, old wives tales, and some things that they are maybe just not interpreting completely correctly, so their advice does not always mesh with mine. There are always firm reasons tho and I will explain anything that does not make sense.

I do think that prenatals are a big step in the right direction.

He doesn't eat much, he will have 1 thing during the day and then dinner at night.
He has lost alot of muscle tone over the years.
Also our last 3 babies were after a long time of abstinence and then DTD once
His losing muscle and poor eating habits are def. not a good thing for his swimmers. You want strong healthy swimmers for blue and lots of them. Plus (not to keep flogging a dead horse3 ) the smoking is not good for blue.

Abstinence with one DTD is a recipe for pink and that is what a lot of pink swayers do for their sway.

Soemtimes making new threads can help. I have to apologize tho, my life is really hectic right now and I am only home 3 days a week to answer questions. I always will answer everything but I have to wait until the weekend to do it.

BTW, I still don't think pH of 6 at ovulation is bad, esp if DH has a 8-8.5 pH. I had pH of 6 before I tried to sway pink (so my natural pH that got me 3 boys) and then my pH dropped to 4.5 and I STILL conceived a baby boy.
