Are cereals to be avoided on the LE pink diet?
Things like rice crispies, Weatabix and porridge? Made with the least amount of skimmed milk possible!
Or has anyone got any low fat/protein breakfast ideas?

The reason why cereals are often avoided is because they're usually fortified. I'd imagine cereals that aren't are okay. I know of ladies here that got girls eating cream of rice or wheat as part of breakfast.
I don't really have any breakfast ideas other than maybe toast or veggie omelet.'12

Boxed cold cereals are fortified and that is why we think they should be avoided. The Oxford study found that women who ate breakfast cereal had more boys!
Oatmeal/porridge we tend to avoid because there is a component in them called "avenocasides" that allegedly raise testosterone so since we don't technically HAVE to eat oatmeal, most people just tend to skip it. I seriously doubt the occasional bowl really does anything.
Yogurt, fruit, pastries - I often eat spaghetti or ramen for breakfast (I'm weird like that LOL) You can even have some nuts with fruit if you have the space for it in your diet.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

No, it's both actually. The long break overnight helps lower your blood sugar and improve your insulin response overall, plus there seems to be something that sways about your body having to burn its reserves to keep itself going that sways pink. But cereal itself, ~probably~ due to its fortified nature, also seems to sway and that was the only food in the Oxford Study that seemed to actually predict gender of baby conceived.
