Don't worry, we have good luck with conceiving soon after a loss for pink. Pregnancy and having a loss are also depleting.

If you were limiting sodium you can ease back into it, everything else you are good to go. I probably wouldn't eat a whole side of beef at one sitting if you were vegetarian, but that's more because it might make you sick, not because it can cause you harm.

Hi atomic! I feel like a crazy women right now! I feel like I might be having a chemical since 11dpo or what I think was 11dpo my tests haven't got any darker I got a pregnant 1-2 on Wednesday which is still the same today, my test this morning was maybe a bit darker but I just feel sick about it all I don't wanna of had a mc and a chemical in the space of 4 weeks! This time around I'm actually feeling worse than my actual Mc I guess I felt like going again straight away sort of helped me quickly set my sights on something new but I just feel so hopeless right now I will try and attach my test pictures bearing in mind I believe I'm about 16dpo and my lines were always blazing by this stage with the boys xx

If it goes first test taken at the top down to most recent test at bottom I'd say that shows clear progression and try not to be worried. I don't think you always get a strong line on those cheapie tests.

Yes it is first st the top last at the bottom! I really hope so I'm just a paranoid wreck and thought that by 16dpo I'd have a darker test also took another brand and there are also extrmenly light so hopefully the dates are just wrong, thankyou x

While you never want a dark positive to suddenly turn light, I put very little stock into darkening pregnancy tests. It is all about the concentration in your urine and that can vary at this point.

But that having been said I do think those are quite light for 16 DPO on average. How sure are you about when you ovulated??

Well I'm not really that sure at all I used to temp but after the MC I couldn't be bothered! So I just know that I got a +opk on the 24th of august so I assume I ovulated on the 25th/26th but never did another opk again so I don't really have anything to base it on x

I hope so! I'm hoping that due to the mc and no af in between that everything is a bit of out whack and maybe I got the +opk and things didn't happen that time and my body tried again a few days later! Hoping for the best, thankyou x
