Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I changed really a lot! I am a typical HE boy diet mom. This was when I conceived my boy. Before my sway I could eat all day long, high in nutritions etc.
I changed my diet completely in 2015 (LE, skipping breakfast and lost 10 lb in 6 weeks) and got my DD and hoping for al little sister for her! This time around I did the exact same thing. Don't mess with succes!

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

6 weeks before attempt, no cheating. Sometimes I thought my Cals were al little to low.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

My husband is really small and not eating much. He did go vegetarian with me.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Low fat milk, low fat cheese, low fat diary, cut out bananas, patatoes and tomatoes (and a lot of other stuff like nuts, chips, sweets).
I was eating like 3 times a day and had a lot of salads with pealed apples, lot of white stuff and white rice in the evening with most of the times a salad. Also white bread and empty carbs.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I could feel my body changed and got totally weird cravings, like smoking?? (I don't smoke for years!!)

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

BMI was around 20,5 at conception.

No exercise, because I couldn't stick to 5-6 times a week and didn't do it with my last sway either.

I had the same pink thing under my bed when I conceived DD.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I had succes with my first sway, so that gives me hope. I did the exact same thing, felt the same way and even lost the same amount of weight.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I got a little obsessed with it, and may be overdone the diet.

Things worth mentioning:

It's a second girl sway (first one was succesfull in 201).

I have a little of a hyperthyroide (which sway girl right?).....

good luck hope you can repeat your success!! im pregnant after our 2nd pink sway too, first one was successful in 2016, im team green so wont know till the day but fingers crossed for a girl surprise xx

sorry i only just saw this! thankyou! and no im finding it ok i really want to experience the surprise with at least 1 of my babies, im enjoying not having a clue what gender this one is and im excited to see who has joined our family when he/she is born, how long have you got until you find out the gender?

Today I got my ultrasound and I'm 10+6 days pregnant. Looking at the ultrasound I really got the feeling it will be a boy. The shape of the head and it was really active little thing! My husband thought the same. I know it's not certain yet, but I'm a little bit disappointed. In 2 weeks we will have a scan at 13 weeks with someone who is really good at nub-shots. 2 weeks waiting.....

Atomic, is the skull theory reliable? It looked like a boy skull to me, but I don't know if it is accurate (11 weeks)?

I wouldn't really rely on skull theory, flora! My friend posted on many sites asking for opinions and EVERYONE (no joke, even me) said girl skull! And it was a boy!
