I know folate doesn't actually sway, but we are supposed to take it to prevent birth defects...but how much should we be taking in the absence of any health issues? I'm currently taking 1,000...is that enough?

I think the min Atomic recommends is 800mcg so 1000 sounds good unless you've had a history of miscarriage, in which case you'd need more. I think I was taking 2000mcg at one point.

I'd check with Atomic on that. The only reason I was taking thst much was because I'd had three losses in a row along with swaying a long time.

I like you guys to take 1200-1600 mcg but 1000 is probably enough.
I got a baby with a neural tube defect taking 800, so I like everyone to be taking more than I was since you may be getting less from diet.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Iron and iodine are ok for pink swayers, honestly. I have ended up giving them to lots of people who had been on diet a while and they still got girls so of any of the nutrients, I am ok with those two.
But the downside would be in order to get enough of the folate you'd end up taking too much of the others. So if that's all you can find then take a lower dose, some is better than none.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
