Hope all is well with you ladies.

On Thursday I had a lot of severe cramping and bright red bleeding so I went to the ER. They said my HCG looks good and my cervix is closed, but an U/S showed that there's a hematoma between baby and my uterus preventing it from attaching (I'm assuming preventing it from letting the placenta attach). She also said the heartbeat was low at 104bpm (at 6+6). She gave me a 50/50 chance and diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage. I go back on Wednesday to follow up and make sure all is growing fine and heartbeat has picked up. Been kind of a crazy weekend.

Im sorry to hear this Taytum. I too have a haematoma this pregnancy, i didn't realise how common they are.

I hope everything turns out well at your next ultrasound.

Sjcook congrats. Im due 16th April. I haven't posted a sway so not much help sorry.

Had my follow up appointment today. LMP puts me at 7w5d, baby measuring 7w2d and heartbeat of 137. Doctor said that all looked great - there's a fairly large subchrionic hematoma between placenta and uterine wall. Dr. said we'd just wait and hope that it was going to get smaller. Otherwise, all looked good and I just can't do any high impact working out or activities. Next appointment is October 8!
