Had my regular ob visit today. And since I'm "high risk" I start every two week visits AND got my orders for 28w labs and rhogam shot. Eekkk getting closer!

Max - totally get you 100%. I actually casually mentioned I was disappointed to my husband and he told me that's ridiculous and didn't get it at all.
Ash - still think both those names fit [emoji1305][emoji1305][emoji1305] I can't believe you are 28 weeks - ahh!! That's so awesome!
Mommy - thank you for sharing that. I truly truly hope I feel the same way one day, like can't believe I ever felt this way bc she's the perfect addition to our fam [emoji175]

Maxim I'm with Ash about the having to deal with all the comments about how thrilled you must be having a boy from everyone assuming..... I hope knowing the comments are coming will help prepare you in some way. Plus having dh so excited is really tough as he likely would not understand your feelings. So vent away here anytime and don't bottle it up as xx said. In a little while maybe try and go out on your own and make a purchase for your baby boy, something special for him just from you to him [emoji170] it may be a start to turning these feelings around xxoo

Ash I just said to my mum yesterday that I cant believe I'll be 25 weeks next week and only have 15 weeks left (well 14 with scheduled c-section) getting crazy close to the single digit countdown [emoji50] And with your history of early labour you may be even closer [emoji3][emoji3]

Kat I'm 24 now but just got my paperwork for 28week appointment [emoji4] it's flying but creeping and I'm trying to just soak it in and enjoy it.
Pbn no no I'm not closer this baby is going to stay in this time lol I'm confident! She needs to wait until the week after Christmas so I can have a week to clean the Christmas chaos up.

I’m getting SO excited I can hardly contain myself! I got the best nights’ sleep last night since I can’t remember when! I also took a nap today, since I’m all caught up on laundry and housework. I’m hoping this is what has been needed to get things going.
