Oh blue, that really is not nice praying it works out for you. I understand what you mean about the extent of special needs etc. Tests just say yay or nay, not how mild or severe they could be.
My friend had to make a decision at 17 weeks pregnant when they saw the spine to abort because baby had severe spina bifida and may not even survive birth let alone ever walk or control its bowels etc. She said it was the hardest decision she ever made. Talk openly and honestly with your DH, don't let any person's opinions sway your thoughts or feeling.
Praying the amnio test brings back good news.

Yes i will get the trisomy 18 13 21 results by Tuesday Wednesday. Infection results including zika and microdeletion extended panel will take till next Friday at least.
