Best of luck XX hope labour starts soon for you ! And dont worry no link of autism with baby's engaging or not. And yes a lot of babys dont engage until labor starts so ur good.

Sky excited for ur scan in the 6th. Our board needs some happy news.

The MIL's are driving us crazy with their "but why" "how" "and what does it means". Also they both r convinced it must be a girl and that i am making up an excuse when i say i will look at sex when this uncertanity about baby's health r settled one way or another.

Nothing worse than hearing their questions when you've got so many questions of your own unanswered!

Bluebooties - Massive hugs and prayers coming your way. I hope the tests come back all clear and you can relax. My friend was told her baby would be a dwarf....scans confirmed. Well he's a totally normal sized child and they were 100% incorrect. They do make mistakes x

XX - Hope you go into labour soon. Both of my boys never engaged and they don't have autism. I was told after your first they can engage at the last minute. Good luck!!!

Part 9: Due December 2017, January, February and March 2018

Bluebooties- You are such a gem! Here you are going through a massive amount of uncertainty with your sweet baby, and you are helping to ease my ridiculous, overdue mind! Thank you [emoji8]! Thank you to everyone!

My DH reminded me last night of our scare with DS2. We had to have a follow up scan to get better measurements at our NT scan. He came back with an abnormal nasal bone and a really thick Nuchal fold. Based on the bloodwork they did (Quad screen) we were told he had an 80% chance of having Downs Syndrome. We prepared ourselves. Well once we had wrapped our minds around that, at my anatomy scan, he was completely normal. I don’t think I could bring myself to believe it until I held him in my arms!

I’m hoping the same holds true for you and your baby! I’m praying that the genetic tests all come back normal.

Thanks a million u guys. Being in the medical profession i have seen a lot of false radiological reports and yes that is one of my hope that despite all when baby comes he/she will be all normal and perfect.

Xxforhubby- Thinking of you and praying that your sweet baby girl makes her arrival soon. Tell her that her nine months lease is over and she needs to vacate the premises. [emoji4][emoji175]
Seriously, pls tell her that so many of us are impatiently waiting for her. Keep us posted. Come on Labor. [emoji175][emoji175]

Bluebooties- I hate that you have to deal with those comments apart from everything else that's going on. Hugs
I would say just ignore and let dh handle if that's possible. I pray that everyone here is right and all this scare would be for nothing and the test results come back perfect. You are such a wonderful person and we all are praying for you and your sweet baby. Stay strong my friend.

Thank you! I’m feeling lots of cervical stretching/pinching pressure and low abdominal cramping. I’m thinking it’s either early labor or false labor. I will probably go for another walk soon. I’m pretty sure she will be here soon- sometime this week.

So minor freak out. I don't want to tell dh because then he'll never touch me when I AM ready for this baby to come BUT I've been feeling pressure/cramping today and I thought I'd just "feel" my cervix since I remember doing this when ttc and it feels somewhat open and very mushy [emoji47] and I don't even know if I should tell the dr. Sounds crazy I know but they will make a huge deal about it and make me start coming weekly and put me on all kinds of more medicine and bed rest I'm sure but what do you all think? What would you do? Have the dr check you, just make sure dh knows not to release inside (only reason I've not said it yet is because I don't feel contractions like usual when he done it in past pregnancies), or third option uhh not sure what that is yet lol but maybe tell the dr and dh and not take more meds if prescribed just take it "easy"..... I have been seeing Weighted blankets like crazy. Or maybe I'm just freaking out for no reason

Ash I'd ring tell your dr and get checked out if he believes it necessary. Tell you doc if it is an issue that you'd prefer not to take too many meds and perhaps try bedrest first. Personally I would do whatever is recommended. If they say to take meds then take them. If something happens and you go into early labour it may be too late to do anything then, not worth the risk in my mind. Also can dh not use condoms?? Even with not releasing inside there will still be some 'leakage'. Maybe cut back on your workload too?
