Yes it does. It helps thin the mucus even the cervical mucus. I used it and saw the difference. I will know on the 6th if it along with other things worked or not. [emoji4]
You just need to make sure that it only has guaifenesin in it as an ingredient.

Mine was Mucinex 12 hours and was an expectorant. It shouldn't be a suppressant.

Guanefesin may sway blue.
Some take from right after AF through 3 days after O; generally I think taking it from 3-5 days before you expect O thru O day is enough but it is totally up to you. It's well tolerated by most people.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

It has following ingredients:
Ambroxol
Terbutaline Sulphate
Guaphensin
Please tell me other ingredients are ok or not?

Those should be ok, especially the ambroxol (does the same as guanefesin) but if you can find one without it, even better.
