My Wondfo and FRER came up immediately this morning but look just as faint. A FRER "yes or no" test said no
I opened up the test and there was a squinty second line, but I think this is a chemical like I suspected... By 12DPO I shouldn't still be squinting for these, especially when my LP is usually 11 days. Now I have to figure out if I should wait until 14 DPO to stop the progesterone.
My next step would be Femara, but everything I've read says I HAVE to wean DD then

Oh no TP! I’m so sorry this is happening again [emoji22]! I would wait until 14dpo to stop the progesterone in case you are pregnant with a slow implanter like my DS2.
You don’t have to wean your DD on Femara!! I know 3 people IRL that nursed while on it. 2 had older babies- 10-16mo and one that had a 6 or 7mo old. They were told it has a much shorter half life compared to Clomid and it doesn’t go into the milk in a large enough amount to be concerned. Let me dig around and ask my former boss and friend (he’s a Pharmacist).

Ok. My friend who is a Pharmacist said to take Clomid instead, since your milk supply is already well established. Femara works by increasing estrogen amounts in you and also your baby, since it goes into the breast milk in an unknown amount. It has a half life of 48hrs and the risks to your nursling would be impaired bone growth or his/her estrogen receptors in their body. He said according to Dr. Hale at InfantRisk, it’s likely to enter breast milk in a low amount, however there is no amount that would be considered safe for a nursling.
I must have remembered incorrectly about a few acquaintances, but I thought they did take Femara. Maybe they weaned for the 10 day period until Femara clears your body and then resumed Breastfeeding. My Pharmacist said that would be the only way to continue to breastfeed and take Femara.
Let me know if you want to have him dig around some more. He’s off work today [emoji6].

Outstanding October 2ww
(((Huge Hugs))) BBB! I just turned 38 last month and recently had our 4th and last child. I know what you mean-it’s hard when something you want so badly seems to elude you no matter what you do or how hard you try. We thought the same but didn’t foresee it taking a year or more each time for the last two kiddos we have had.
I’m hoping and praying you get your much deserved and long awaited BFP soon! We will always be here for you!

TP - I'm sorry
Still holding out hope for you that like XX said maybe you have a late implanter.
BBB - Hang in there!!
My doctor called this morning and left a message. My progesterone came back at 10 which he said is encouraging as it should be 10 or above. I was only 3 dpo when I had the blood draw, according to my temping, but he thinks I was a week dpo based on +OPK. Is 10 a good result - regardless of when I actually O-d? Is it a really good result for only 3 dpo?
Sigh - so every test has come back as normal so I feel like my hopes for Clomid have been dashed. He wants me to call him on the day I start my period so that he can assess whether he did the blood draw at the right time. I'll probably start by Saturday if I have my normal 10 day LP.20132015
