Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Skipped breakfast, 2 meals a day usually, ate first meal at 10 or twelve most days. Stuck to under 1500cals, 40-60g fat, 40-60g protein, mainly vegetarian, no red meat at all, chose low-nutrient options, no snacking. Pep tea throughout the day, fibre, metformin. Lots of coffee every morning, lots of white wine every night.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

About 10 months but with breaks after my 2 failed TTC attempts (still was mainly vego in this time, just didnt bother counting cals)

Gained a lot of weight before we fell pregnant, started smoking "special cigs"

It was a huge change from red meat most nights to vegetarian and low cal

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

My BMI before the diet was 33.7! (I was 94kg, had gained 34kg with my 2 pregnancies, definitely the biggest I've ever been), over the course of 10 months on the diet I lost 24kg, making my BMI 25.1 (at 70kg)

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I was under extreme stress at work, I was sick with a cold at our attempt, I'd lost lots of weight, I think I'd done the best I could

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

No exercise, couldn't get clomid without a specialist in my country

Things worth mentioning:

After the initial disappointment (there were tears, I'd convinced myself it was a girl!), I'm happy and bonding with my new little man. I'm just so happy to be pregnant and I think the LE diet made me lose weight better than any other diet could. Thank you everyone especially Atomic for all of your help! I'll sway again next time
