Coffee and milk, what would you do?

Unfortunately it seems I have a problem with coffee, if it is too black. If I drink 50% coffee with 50% milk, I'm fine, but each time I reduce the milk to 30%, I get a stomach ache and if I continue to drink coffee that way for some days it feels like a mild gastritis.

I'm not sure what to do now regarding my sway. Continue drinking three cups of coffe with a total of about 350 ml (12 oz) of 1,5% fat milk a day? I actually enjoy the coffee that way and stay in limits of LE diet. Or should I skip coffee because milk sways stronger blue than coffee sways pink?

I already tried almond milk, but unfortunately I don't like the taste at all. Maybe anyone has some other suggestions what I could try with my coffee instead of milk?

Thank you for answering in advance :-)

There's lots of other milk replacers out there, too. Flax, soy, pea, hemp, coconut, etc. You might like those better? Although coconut might be bluer.

I mean, it's not like you're drinking whole milk or heavy cream, and it's the milk fat that is the specific swaying element! Couls you go skim?

Would also like to see your replies on this, i use skimmed (red top in the UK) which is 0.3%

i really do not like almond milk which is a shame since it has been causing opposites in blue sways so would be handy for pink!

What about creamer? That seems more pink friendly to me than cows milk. It's mostly processed crap lol but that might be a better alternative to milk or milk replacers.

I will try skim milk, that's a good idea! Is it really only the fat swaying blue? I thought I read something about tons of vitamins and stuff in milk. But less fat would at least make it a bit less blue friendly I guess.

I have only seen almond milk, other nuts milk (didn't like hazelnut as well, so I haven't continued trying them) and oat milk, which I could like, but would be even worse for my sway I think? I'll look out for other replacers!

I think creamer probably wouldn't work for me unfortunately, because I need something to really dilute the coffee, otherwise I get a stomach ache...

Thanks for your anwers ladies! :-)

Congrats! :-) but probably it was only a shot of milk and not half coffee, half milk, the way I drink it?
