Correlation between baby’s movement and colic?

Is there any connection between the amount of movement during pregnancy and the likelihood of colic? My first daughter moved like crazy all pregnancy and had a terrible case of colic. She’s still a super active 7 year old. My second daughter barely moved during pregnancy. In fact, I had to borrow a friends fetal monitor just to check in on her in between doctors appointments. She’s now a healthy 5 year old, but still to this day isn’t very active and didn’t have any sign of colic when she was born (thank goodness!).

This time around, I have an anterior placenta and can still feel this baby giving me kicks and jabs alllll day long (despite the doctor telling me I might not feel much for several more weeks). I’m starting to worry that he’s the most active of the bunch and even more so about colic.

Think there is any correlation between the two? Also, is there anything at all that can be done during pregnancy to prevent colic??

I think the more active in womb the more laid back, good sleepers, no tummy issue baby outside the womb [emoji23][emoji12]🤞🏼
