I'm eating way too much protein!

My normal diet consists of yogurt, cheese, milk, and mashed potatoes.

I'm trying to modify it to fit the LE diet. I'm going to find lower protein yogurt, cut cheese, and find carb-heavy snacks (thinking bread).

Yesterday (CD2) I ate 72g of protein. In your opinion, is the sway very effected for this month because of the high protein yesterday?

Eating a lot of protein for one day won't ruin your sway. Remember all foods are allowed but it is probably best to not eat a dairy heavy diet. LE limits are 1500-1800 cals, 50-60g protein, 30-60g fat. Stick within those most of the time and you're doing fine. Occasional cheats are definitely allowed!

One day doesn't matter, are you counting the protein in fruits and vegetables? Those are free for protein.
