Embarrassing, tmi question regarding J&D!

Sorry for this embarrassing question but it's playing on my mind and I know this is the only place I can ask without being judged lol!!

Before we started swaying or ttc, for example when I was on BC, whenever we would dtd and I'd get up to use the toilet (j&d?) I would literally see and feel it coming out of me (sorry, I told you tmi!!)

But ever since swAying, after our attempt when I get up too j&d, NOTHING I mean nothing comes out at all! I'm so confused by this, even after sitting on the toilet for a few minutes nothing is being dumped lol!

Could this be to do with me usually having a lot of cm but the diet has now changed this? I worry it's compromising my sway because I can't actually j&d?!

Nothing at all, also noted (with outside release) the amount is completely normal!

Hi, I hope you don't mind me jumping in to ask how often/ many days are you doing FR and when are you BD in your fertile window?

We are trying FR and I'm worried we will run into the same issue!

Would you recommend I be doing either of those atomic? Hubby is 27 and fit and healthy?

Neither abstain nor FR has really been super effective and both cut odds of conception by a lot. The thing that works is the one attempt. It's up to you if you want to add them in.

If the amount coming out seems normal I'd try not to overthink things like this.

You're right I probably am overthinking! I'm just so used to having to dart to the bathroom to avoid "spillage" that when it came to my actual attempt and j&d I was like huh?!
