I think i saw somewhere where Atomic wasn’t recommending wheat grass or green tea for a boy sway anymore? Is this true?
I’ve been taking wheat grass supplements for almost a year now [emoji30] and i just started on the green tea

Not sure about wheatgrass but I remember atomic saying green tea affects the absorption of folic acid. But I'm sure atomic will reply with a proper response.

Yes I feel like I've seen this around too. Can't remember exactly but feel like to reasoning on the wheatgrass was regarding large doses and a few too many opposites? From memory some wheatgrass here and there is still ok but don't think taking supps daily is the go anymore. Sure Atomic will confirm if that's right shortly and give you some suggestion on how to drop back if necessary.

I can't comment on the wheat grass, but I can share my personal experience with green tea was that for me it decreased my EWCM when I drank it. I think green tea has some phytoestrogenic properties to it also, which can block your body's own natural estrogens (not good for a blue sway).

Quote from atomic 're green tea - "It can mess up cycles and blocks folate absorption so if you're drinking it you have to be sure to take extra folate or folic acid"

I feel like over the last few months we saw opposites in people doing the 3 following things:
almond milk
large amounts of green tea OR green tea supplements
large amounts of wheatgrass.
It may not be true that it sways pink, it's just that I'm trying to play with eliminating a few things to see if any of them may be causing that rash of opposites we had in 2015 and 2016 because for some reason our results did drop during those two years even though we hadn't changed anything. Just feel that those three things are popping up in the sway opposites and trying to get it sorted out.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks so much! I’m [emoji31][emoji31][emoji31] because I’ve been using all of those. I drink a breakfast and dinner shake that i make with almond milk, I’ve been taking wheatgrass supplements since the end of 2016 and i just recently started drinking a cup of green tea a day. I plan on having my first true attempt next month! So I’m stopping those now. Do you think it would benefit me to do a baking soda finger or douche to help raise my ph (something I’ve always struggled with. I’m naturally low which is probably why i have two girls)

It's your sway your way but I do know Atomic doesn't recommend bsf or douche. Those around swaying for a while have really given up on pH stuff after finding no link between pH and genders conceived.
