I'm due to ovuLate this week and read I should be testing twice a day but what times are best if I test 2 times a day? Is it really necessary? I'm worried my testing once a day after lunch method is making me miss my window!

I've only managed to use them successfully for the first time this month, but I did once a day.
I made sure to have my last drink and pee at around 12pm, then held all afternoon and tested as soon as I got home from work around 4:30pm.
If I didn't have to adapt around my work hours I maybe would have been tempted to test earlier at around 2pm and tried again at 8pm. But I did manage to get a really clear result using the above, which surprised me. I might even be confident enough to try 1 attempt at +ve OPK next cycle instead of playing it safe with E4D like I did this cycle!due Sept 2018

Thanks, plastic! I think I'll try doing twice a day this cycle just because I'm paranoid I miss the "first" positive as I seem to have 2 days of positive opks!
Also notice we both joined the same time and are UK swayers!2014

I know, the cold weather is doing so much damage to my sway! I keep eating wintery treats (I don't know if Parkin is a thing down where you are, I assume London
probably a Yorkshire thing, but sooo good), and definitely don't want to go outside and exercise!

I'd do after lunch and early evening like 5ish. But you don't have to do that all month, if you want to hold off till CD 10 ish or so to start
!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I have done MANY OPKs and I have NEVER gotten a positive in the morning hours. All of mine were afternoon/evening. So I started taking them at 1 and before bed. It was "roughly" 12 hours apart. [emoji6] it worked with my last 3 and was able to conceive with little issue. (They were NOT sways)
