Bluedreaming who told you that? I've actually heard you're more fertile for several cycles after miscarriage. Is it the infection side maybe?

November TTC & 2ww
A friend of mine told me. I think It was due to the infection I had it for about 3-4 weeks after the d&c but have had two af’s since. I hope it won’t be an issue. I wasn’t worried or stressed about falling pregnant till now

I guess there is no telling if my body is ready or not so I have to try and stress less and wait and see

Today is my highest temp yet! I'm not getting too carried away though - I compared this chart to last cycle and I had a temp spike at 7 & 8 dpo then too, and it dropped off a bit on 9dpo. Google tells me that progesterone peaks around 7dpo whether you're pregnant or not so I guess this is normal for me.
The only thing I am keeping an eye on is that last cycle, my resting heart rate dropped dramatically about 5/6dpo. I haven't seen that drop yet this month, but at the same time my RHR has been lower overall, so not sure what to make of it... there's less information out there for heart rate compared to BBT but I know that staying high after ovulation is supposed to be a good sign.
I'm expecting both BBT and RHR to drop off tomorrow anyway, so still not sure when to POAS... maybe the weekend.
Edited to add a graph of my last two cycles BBT vs RHR. I do love a graph!

It's super interesting if you're a data nerd like me! I've read loads of accounts of people confirming they were pregnant by their heart rate before any other signs showed it! And because it's easy enough for me to track (I wear a fitbit every day anyway) I just note it down and it's cool to see a pattern.

That's really cool plastic! Maybe I should start wearing my Fitbit again
Pbn yes, I did have very strong O pains on cd 13. I'm very confused because my chart looks like crap so I have no idea where I am in my cycle. Normally my luteal phase temps are a bit higher at this point (low 98's), so that makes me think I haven't O'ed. Also, I know night temps aren't supposed to mean anything, but my last two have been 96.8 and 97.2.
