Hi Bluedreaming! Eating a cup of pineapple including the core is said to help with implantion. Pineapple core contains bromelain which acts as a natural blood thinner which is supposed to assist with implantation. It will obviously only be of help if you have an egg that's been fertilised of course but because we dont know its just an idea to do for 'in case'. Only do it for a 5 day period though. So 2-6, 3-7, 4-8 or 5-9. I always did mine 3-7 if I did it. I thought you knew about this sorry?! I've mentioned it in many 2ww threads so I lose track of who's actually aware and who isn't [emoji4]

6dpo is pretty much the earliest that implantation can start taking place (very rarely any earlier) and the implantation process may affect your temps. Implantation generally takes place between 6-10dpo however up to 12dpo is considered normal and there have been cases of it happening even later than this! I like to watch the temps during this 6-12dpo period as sometimes there can be a promising spike, dip or pattern emerge. However I've seen extremely ordinary looking charts result in a bfp and charts that scream pregnant! result in a bfn. So while some charts can be promising, there's no gaurantee. I went through a few scenarios in the 2ww thread which you may have already read

Not sure its an actual thread, its just something that gets brought up regularly. So yes 3-7 if you started today eating it today at 3dpo.

    Hi pbn3,
Can i ask a question 're ff? I'm 5dpo yet the app is still counting up to day 28 which is then showing af is due in 3 days?! App is also showing day to do hpt as 5th Dec? Could i ovulate that close to af? And I'm getting cramps as if af is on way (or could be too much cake for my daughter's birthday yesterday [emoji6])
Joking aside, I am so confused and getting stressed (while I eat my pineapple [emoji39])
