    Did anyone else get sick today?

    After being on a strict diet and exercise for a few months I had my cheat day today..and got totally sick[emoji43].

    Yep! That was me last year! I had been swaying for 10 months at the time. I was depressed at another BFN and had a bit too big cheat day. I ended up feeling so nauseous afterward and got sick too!

    Just pick back up where you left off and don’t worry too much about it! I still can’t eat as much as I used to, which is making losing the baby weight hard! I think my body needs me to eat more than I am while exceeding and Breastfeeding. Oh well!
