I don’t think vit d or a probiotic should make you feel nauseous. But I’m not positive. I’ve never had that issue with either supplement

any tips on how to get af back while bf? My Lo is 1 now but not a great sleeper!

With my dd2, I cut a night feeding out around 9-10 months because she was waking wanting it so often I had to cut it to get some decent sleep and within two weeks of that cut I got my first ppaf.

Hi and welcome kittendreams! Sorry I have no advice on how to speed things up when bf but maybe start a thread under the ttc naturally general discussion forum? You'll hopefully get a variety of answers from quite a number of women [emoji4] I know of 2 family members who fell pregnant while breast feeding so it is possible, but I'm not sure if their cycle had returned in some way... One I know was shocked as her doc told her she wouldn't conceive while bf. Are you dtd unprotected for now?

Also kittendreams are you temping to see whether you are getting a regular sustained shift in temps or not to see if you are ovulating even though af hasn't returned?

Kittendreams if you can somehow give up night feeds I bet you will get af back quickly!

Good luck to everyone here! I feel so attached to all of you [emoji5] I’ll be following to see all of your beautiful bfp’s! 🤰🏽

Kittendreams – happy to see you on a TTC thread!
It’s only when I dropped all night feeds that I finally got consistent ovulatory cycles (had cycles for 8 months or so before that, but probably not ovulatory, at least not all the time).
If there is any way you can try to drop night feeds (or at least one, if multiple), that will up the chances of AF showing up (having said that, you can conceive before that 1st PPAf).
FX for you my dear – truckloads of pink dust headed your way!!!!

Thanks for the welcome and advice girls- so when you say cutting a night feed do you mean offering a formula bottle in the night I nstead of the breast?

Thanks Pbn I conceived ds2 while still bf ds1 so I thought this time would be just as easy but ds2 feeds in the night while ds1 slept through from 3 months but fed all day long, so I think the night feeds are the main problem.
I am temping but no shifts yet but heaps of cramps and pinching in last two months. Sometimes I think the witch is coming and then nothing... so annoying!

LMSM I've been thinking of you and that beautiful baby girl you are cooking! Thanks for the pink dust and everything else I am so excited to ttc I just need af to show ( lol never thought I'd say that haha!)

Oh well I'll just hang here and live vicariously through you ladies til my body gets into gear!

Hi ladies, I've not been on the boards for a few days, life has been busy!! What have I missed? Haven't got a minute yet to read through, can anyone catch me up on where everyone is at? Have I missed any bfps?
I also want some advice if anyone can help. We had an attempt last night and I've just got positive opk this morning. Shall we do it again or not? Eek [emoji51]

Hi mummy2boys! Greydore and dreamingrainbow both got bfps [emoji3]

I see on your charts that you haven't used opks since July? Is that right? I was going to suggest if you consistently o day after pos opk I'd probably hold off especially if you're really wanting only one attempt. If you're ready to up your odds of conception but lessen your sway odds in the number of attempts side of it then I'd go ahead and dtd again. You've been at it a long time now and I think you're at the point that atomic herself would be telling you to introduce the extra attempt at pos opk.... how do you feel about it?
