What can i do about eating out and sway girl with the LE diet? basically i am fertile around 25-30th Dec (apparently according to fertility app) should that stay the same 23rd Dec we are having a xmas meal out, 24th Dec wont be easy either 25th Ahhh 26th Nope 27th Big meal out 28th Bfast meal out 29-1st holiday and will be having a meal out nightly -kinda have to- will i be undoing all my sway work? how can i get thru this time without totally undoing my sway? how quickly can you undo a sway? for example if ive sway for 6 weeks would the week issue i have above undo everything and quickly?
please help with what i can do over xmas and what i try to stick to food wise.

You can plan for these meals by being strict with your other ones. This way,you won’t be going over that much or at all. Try and leave out any meats, or have very little, if you can. I did this when swaying, and I found I almost never went over my limits. Just do the best you can and make the best choices with the food served as you can. Remember that 3 meals a day is also ok on the LE diet.
