    When to switch to e4d plus attempt at pos opk?

    Is there a reccomended time to switch to this after trying one attempt for a while? Just want to be sure so I don’t try it too early or too late!

    It's up to you. I'd go to e4d alone first and then after a month or two or three then go to e4d plus one
