AF-O drinks

I am looking at this list and wondering what to choose for the 2WW leading up to O.

1. URAL - I dont have access to this and I can't bring myself to make my own
2. ASG
3. ACV
4. COT
5. BSD
6. Gelatin

help? what is the most effective and safest combination among the above?

I really don't know what is best of this. Different things works for different ppl you know? Like i can tell you oh ural works for my pH so good and you drink it and it does nothing for you.
So you have to pick what you want to try.
Im out of ural now and no time to order it .I hate BSD so not doing it.
Now I have 1 ACV and 1 gelatin with COT a day. I think I do 2 around O that's it.
pH is not proven to help you get a boy anyway. So Im fine with this drinks.
Also Im not using EW anymore I will use preseed this time.
Funny thing is every time I give some drink to DH his pH goes down. So he is not on any drinks now and I will check the pH tonight to see if is back up or not.FX!

i only do bsd. i tried cot couldnt stomach it, plus my potassium thru diet is high enough. i did acv but it made me sick. i may or may not go back to it.
and gelatin dried me up

for me th e least amount of 'non natural things' is best..?

gizmo -you got sick from COT too or just the ACV? I mix the COT in juice it don't really have a taste. And only drink 1 tbs ACV in a little water and juice right after it.
But see I hate the BSD lol.

Oh and gelatine is not for pH it is for testosterone but many find it is drying us up!

I don't know what all those drinks are. I do know BSD tried it once and hated it. yuck !
