    Cheat days

I keep seeing posts with women asking if one cheat day will derail their sway.
How many cheat days a month are ok?
This month I’m already up to 2 with 3 more planned.
I’ve been doing this for my whole sway, am I way over the allowed cheat days?

There's no set number of days. Those ones you've planned are totally fine. We just don't want anyone doing something like two weeks of every month as cheats and the other two on diet.

I can't tell you how many cheat days are ok.

Look at cheats like a tool to be used as needed. If you need to cheat for a social occasion or for sanity or to keep your hubby satisfied, whatever. Just use them sparingly. It's not a carte blanche, try to stick to diet most of the time.

I think I’m being really over critical of myself. I definitely do well most days, but do find myself slipping up. I feel like if I wasn’t on the PCOS diet I’d be perfect, I’m having a super hard time for some reason cutting out white flour and find myself having it sparingly but still more then I should be

You're doing fine, just let go of those times! You don't have to be perfect, remember the 80-20 rule...you get 80% of the result with 20% of the effort, and to get the remaining 20% of the results you have to expend 80% of the effort. And with swaying, that 80% of the effort is where all the trouble lies since you ahve to turn yourself into a huge control freak to accomplish it and you actually probably undermine your sway doing that!!!

20% of the effort - that's all we're talking aobut here.

I am struggling with the diet, i got to be honest, i can tell you how and if people could advise me be super!!!

ok so .. i struggle only eating 3x a day (biggest one)
i also forget im not allowed foods example, go round neighbours they ask me if i want a tea i go yep not thinking and then when have it think... crap! its a tea! ive broken my diet/sway!

Can you give an example of what a women swaying would typically eat thru the day .. how long after waking up should wait to have breakfast... Thank you so so much!! Oh and is no sugar, all sweeteners lemonade all day ok?

If you can't stick to 3x a day then go to 4 or even 5. It's still very different from all day munching like many of us boy moms do.

Don't sweat the occasional tea. There's a difference between going all day every day drinking 4 cups of tea and having a cup at the neighbor's every once in a while.

The time you wait for breakfast can vary based on when you ate dinner, your level of hunger, your diet needs, whatever. Jsut stretch it a bit longer than you did before.

Anything unsweetened or zero/no calorie sweetener is fine between meals.

There are a lot of meal ideas in this thread. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...as-2017-a.html

I must say, compared to how I was eating when I got pregnant with my son,the difference is almost immeasurable! I ate fast food non stop, and not healthy fast food either, food loaded with protein and fat, looking back it was quite disgusting how much I ate!. I really just beat myself up over small things. Ie white wraps, occasionally having sweets and occasionally going over on protein.
As always Thank you atomic, I really need to remember that! I find myself reading others threads and seeing how well they are doing staying on track with their diet and then look at how many “cheat days” I have and am convinced my whole sway has been crap! But compared to how I used to eat, it’s changed drastically! If only this was all set in stone!

That essay was very much needed! Out of this month thus far I’ve had 5 cheat days and am not allowing myself anymore for the rest of the month for my own sanity.
    Thank you for posting that!
