Could this be a sign of low progesterone? Giving as I’ve never had it until starting the diet? Read a few posts and freaking myself out now!

It is normal to see changes in your cycle when swaying.

You WANT to see some changes in your cycle.

I am going to reread your other post to be sure but a day or two of spotting before your period arrives is not a big deal.

You are describing to me what sounds like a totally normal cycle, albeit different from what you are used to.

As long as you have 10 days (and even as little as 8 is typically ok) between O and when you get your period you can still get pregnant and no, that does not indicate low progesterone to me.

Thanks atomic, really I should be grateful the spotting has replaced awful heavy bleeding! LP is around 12 days, I’m not sure if diet changed that because I never knew my LP beforehand but good to hear it’s still a good number!
